Deviant Skincare Enzymatic Cleansing Oil Review

Feelunique (UK)

I'm sure you know by now how much I adore Deviant Skincare's Cleansing Concentrate (if you don't read my review HERE) so when I heard that they were bringing out a cleansing oil, I knew I had to try it! I've been using the Enzymatic Cleansing Oil for a couple of months now so thought it was time I shared my thoughts on it.

Enzymatic Cleansing Oil (or ECO for short) is an oil to milk cleanser that contains papaya and pineapple fruit enzymes and Camellia and Perilla oils. The oil is designed to easily remove makeup and SPF whilst gently exfoliating and brightening the skin. Camellia and Perilla oils are perfect to nourish skin.

Like all of Deviant's products, the oil is housed is sleek, black glass. It has a pump to it's easy to use. I was surprised by how lightweight the oil is. Most oil cleansers I've used are thick and heavy. This couldn't be more different! It feels more like a leave on oil, it's that light. I did find that I had to use more oil than recommended on the bottle. Deviant recommends 7-8 pumps, I found I needed at least 10 to easily cover my face and neck. Maybe I've got a big face haha. It massages into skin beautifully and helps break down makeup and SPF easily. It's perfect to use around the eye area, it doesn't sting eyes at all. ECO rinses clean easily too. As soon as water is added it turns to milk and washes away, leaving no residue. I always still use a microfibre cloth to remove it but you definitely don't need one.

After rinsing clean, my skin is left incredibly soft. It doesn't leave skin tight or stripped. Just nourished and super smooth. Really lovely! It's a beautiful cleanser. Deviant Skincare have done it again.

Deviant Skincare Enzymatic Cleansing Oil is available HERE for £29.
