Do you wear SPF every day? Sun damage is the main cause of aging to your skin, so SPF is the most important step in your AM routine. But finding an SPF that you enjoy using is easier said than done! I've been lucky enough to find a couple of SPF's that work for me and this is one of them.
Dr. Ceuracle are a Korean brand that specialise in calming, soothing products especially for acne-prone and sensitive skin types. The brand have been on the go for 20 years and have a wealth of experience which shows in their effective formulas.
The Cica Regan Anti-Dust SPF Gel SPF 50 is designed to be a moisturiser and SPF in one. It contains a 1.5% Cica complex as well as Niacinamide and Glycerin. Cica aka Centella Asiatica is a hero ingredient for sensitive or sensitised skin as it's incredibly soothing and calming. Niacinamide is also brilliant to help supports skins barrier as well as improving texture. Glycerin is great to hydrate skin.
Texture wise, I wouldn't call it a gel. It is however an incredibly lightweight cream that melts into skin. It's so easily absorbed and doesn't leave skin sticky or greasy which I'm guessing is why it's referred to as being anti-dust. I find it very hydrating. I still like to use a moisturiser underneath though as my skin gets very dehydrated. Oily skinned types might be ok without moisturiser though.
This SPF doesn't have a strong scent to it and it doesn't make my eyes water, like some can. It doesn't leave a white cast on me at all and I don't think it would on POC either. I've not had any pilling issues with it, even when I've reapplied it during the day.
All in all, I think it's a fantastic SPF that I can see pretty much everyone getting on with. It definitely solves all of the common issues that people have with SPF. It's also reasonably priced too. I've just bought a back up tube so I don't run out!
