I'm sure you know by now that I'm a huge fan of Ultra Violette. I regularly use their SPF's and SPF lip balms (check out my reviews HERE and HERE). If you've not tried them yet - you're missing out! So when I saw that UV were bringing out a tinted moisturiser SPF, I knew I had to try it! As soon as Space NK had it in stock, I ordered it.

Daydream Screen comes in 15 shades, that are described as flexible. The shade range is pretty good, especially when compared to other tinted SPF's on the market, however I do think it could have benefited from a few more darker shades. I picked the palest shade V0 and I'm pleased to say it's a perfect match! For reference I'm NW10 in MAC, 0CR in Dior and Alabaster in Bobbi Brown. I'd describe my skin as very fair with cool / pink undertones.

Daycream Screen comes in a soft touch, squeezy bottle which makes it nice and easy to get the product out. Texture wise, it's a fairly runny liquid. It provides broad-spectrum protection, as well as promising to hydrate skin. It's fragrance, oil, silicone and alcohol free.

I found Daydream Screen really easy to apply. It blends quickly and easily into skin without streaking. Coverage wise, I'd say it's light to medium. I can be built up in areas where you want more coverage. I does a good job of hiding my spots and redness. I has a lovely natural finish - not too matte, not too radiant. My skin is dehydrated / oily, so it can often be a bit awkward to find a product that stays in place all day without clinging to dry patches or disappearing due to the oil. This performed really well on me. It didn't sink into my pores or go patchy. I'd say it lasted the majority of the day. Obviously as it's only light coverage, it does fade a bit as the day goes on but it doesn't disappear completely. It didn't make me overly oily either.

All in all, I'm really impressed with Daydream Screen! It's a perfect addition to my makeup collection. Obviously as it's a tinted moisturiser, it can't be solely relied on for it's SPF protection, as you'd have to apply way too much product and it would look awful! I apply it on top of a separate SPF, just like I would with any other makeup base product. However, it's great to know I've got an extra layer of high strength SPF protection on!
