So I finally rescued my Latest in Beauty monthly subscription box from the post office! As always I had three products to choose from a large selection. They also kindly included a healthy snack! It’s the little touches that I love.
My choices this month are:
An Urban Beauty United blusher brush - I’ve got a few brushes by this brand now and they’re great quality and reasonably priced too. They wash well which is always a bonus!
Rituals The Ritual of Ayurveda Natural Dry Body oil - I’m still keeping up with using a body cream or oil on a daily basis but I have to say I much prefer using an oil. As daft as it sounds, I find them less greasy! This one smells amazing- it’s a spiced vanilla scent. It absorbed well, isn’t greasy at all and leaves skin soft. My only small gripe is it’s used up quickly! Half the bottle in one use!
C•Y•O Illuminating Mixing Cream* in shade Raise a Glass - I’m a sucker for anything that makes me glow so choosing this was a no brainer. I’ve not heard of this brand before but funilly enough I’ve seen them loads since picking this! You can see from the swatches that this packs some serious glow! The pump bottle is a bit temperamental though but I won’t let that put me off! I’ve used this to highlight my cheekbones under my makeup today, it gives a lovely subtle glow used this way.
Swatched
Fully blended
I’m happy with my choices this month, for £9 delivered it’s a bargain! Although I will say previous boxes have been better, I don’t think I’ll ever beat the one where I got a full sized Paula’s Choice Retinol 1% Treatment! I think that one spoilt me!
