Luneia are a fairly new brand that have quickly made waves in the skincare community thanks to their Radiance Ritual mask. They're a science led, cruelty free brand that use both natural and synthetic ingredients to create high efficiency formulas. Their ethos is one that I can get behind - they use what works and there's no scaremongering regarding ingredients. Their packaging is eco friendly which is always a plus!

So on to the mask. Radiance Ritual is designed to hydrate and exfoliate to leave skin glowing. It contains 10% Glycolic Acid and 2% Salicylic Acid. Both of these exfoliate skin brilliantly. Salicylic in particular helps keep pores clear, whilst Glycolic is known to leave skin soft and smooth. The mask also contains Squalane to hydrate, Prickly Pear Seed Oil to calm and Vitamin E to soothe and calm skin.

Radiance Ritual has a unique gel / cream consistency which I absolutely love! It's very thick, almost like a balm. It soon melts into skin and spreads easily. I get a decent acid tingle upon initial application which soon calms down. It's designed to be left on for 10-15 minutes. You get a muslin wash cloth included with the mask, which I think is a lovely touch. You definitely need to use a cloth of some sort to remove the mask due to it's thick consistency. I found it easiest to add water using my hands and massage for a bit to gently loosen the mask. It then removes easily with the cloth.

Every time I use Radiance Ritual, I'm blown away by how soft and smooth my skin is. Not only that, it leaves my skin calm and hydrated too, which is unusual for an exfoliating mask. The effects are amazing! Pores are clear and look so refined. It's honestly one of the best (if not THE best) exfoliating mask I've tried! Bold statement, I know. I love it and highly recommend it.

Luneia Radiance Ritual Mask is available HERE for £15 for a mini or £40 for full size.
