I'm sure you know by now that I'm a huge fan of Sachi. If not read my previous reviews HERE and HERE. I've been using the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator (CCA for short) for a while now so thought it was time for my review!
CCA is a serum that is designed to exfoliate skin as well as helping to clear up break outs and fade any pigmentation left behind. It contains a 12.5% blend of acids - Dioic, Mandelic, Salicylic, Glycolic and Pomegranate enzymes. Dioic acid is brilliant to help control sebum activity as well as being great to prevent pigmentation. Mandelic acid is a gentle but effective exfoliant that's perfect for blemish prone skin as it targets bacteria that caused spots. Salicylic acid helps clear pores, Glycolic helps target dullness and Pomegranate enzymes smooth any texture on the skin. CCA also contains Manuka honey, Centella Asiatica and Glycerin to hydrate and soothe skin, as well as Liquorice root and Rumex extract to prevent pigmentation and brighten.
The serum is a lightweight gel texture that absorbs easily into skin. I find it to be quite a hydrating formula. It layers well with other skincare - it's never caused any pilling / rolling which is always a bonus for me! I've got quite robust skin when it comes to exfoliation after having regular professional peels but I still find this to be fairly potent. Not in a bad way obviously! I definitely feel a bit of a tingle when I apply it. I'm still fine to use it daily without any irritation though. The serum instantly gives me super smooth, glowy skin which I love.
With regular use, I've found it to be really effective at keeping blemishes at bay or quickly clearing up any that do pop up! It's also brilliant to help fade any pigmentation left behind by spots, which is always a big issue for me. I've been using CCA alongside Sachi's Triphala Pigmentation Corrector serum (review linked above) and they work fantastically together!
As you can tell, the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator is another winner for me from Sachi Skin! I'm excited to see what they bring out next.
